Every time we watch the news or read the newspaper we see the impact of societal ills ranging from murder to abuse. We hear the anguish, see the fear, and hear the cries of the wounded heart. Trauma has touched many of us in some way, whether directly or indirectly. Many are holding onto their hope by a thin piece of thread. Many are grasping with the thought of whether to continue in the fight or throw in the towel.

The sad reality is that if we lose hope we have nothing. For it takes hope to continue on this awesome journey of life. It takes hope to make the first step at a new lease on life which is usually the hardest. It takes hope to look beyond the trauma, victimization, hurt, or pain... and see the crimson light ahead.

Therefore, my friends this online ministry is geared to restoring your hope, your joy and your strength. It is a ministry to the hurting, wounded, disappointed, oppressed, and depressed. Its mission is to create resiliency, and to sound an alarm against domestic violence, homicide, suicide, genocide, child abuse, sexual abuse, incest, and the like; while at the same time declaring hope to those in these most unhopeful situations.
